Reach out through Start Your Event with your date as early as you can. Leisa confirms availability before any deposit is taken.

Where do you serve, and do you travel?
LuxeAfford proudly serves Southwest Florida and is available for events outside our standard service area (100 miles). Additional travel fees may apply based on distance, transportation, lodging, setup needs, and scope. Travel costs are discussed and included in your custom proposal.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and breakdown?
Many designs include delivery and setup when quoted. Breakdown options depend on the piece and venue. Details are confirmed in your proposal.
Can you create something completely custom?
Yes. Custom requests are welcome — share inspiration, colors, and must-haves in Start Your Event and Leisa will follow up.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As soon as your date and vision are taking shape. Lead times vary by piece and season; rush requests are accepted only after availability is confirmed.
